Jason was great! I had a bad experience 4 years ago at another local Mazda dealership, Jason as totally opposite and really went out of his way to ensure that I was happy when I left Classic of Denton. Great Job. Jason is not your typical “car salesman”, he really listened to what I needed and helped me fit that into my budget. He didn’t try the usual pressure tactics.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!……………I believe that people need to be recognized and appreciated for doing a great job.  I felt that my recent transaction with your dealership is still incomplete had I not written this letter of recognition to Donnie Sides and Jack Newton in your pre-owned sales department.

You can certainly be proud of them for representing your dealeship and they helped erase the stigma of the phrase “used car salesman”.  These gentlemen called back when they said they would, answered all our questions and were not overbearing.  They made sure we were comfortable and made us aware of our options and did not use any tactics associated in the trade such as: lowballing, spraying, or stalling.  If we knew that buying a used car was this easy, we wold have made the stop to Classic our one and only.
